1. Play Nice;; All disagreements or controversies must stay out of our chat boxes and off the site please. Obviously not everyone will get along all the time but please be respectful to one another; we are not in third grade anymore and this should be a very self explanatory rule. (No flamming/bashing/bullying/or discrimination of any sort will be tolerated! If you know you have a history with this, we politely ask you think twice before opening your mouth when upset or voicing complaints.) All staff word is law. End of story, please do not argue with us.

2. Registration;; Please register your character's name in normal caps, please. (Ex: Hamlet, Vincent Iago, Henry Mills etc.) If you are using an OUAT canon, please choose the name applicable to the time from which you have chosen they come. So since my Rumple comes from his Dark One era, he is: Rumplestiltskin and not Mr. Gold.

3. Character Limits;; Everyone is unique and we understand that limits can be frustrating, that said: we have a strict 3 character max per player (mostly so the staff fox doesn't hoard.) As per canons, while we currently DO NOT say that you may have ONE ouat canon at a time, it may become an issue. This is to allow others canon options, but in the future we may be opening up a few more from alternate dimensions so keep your eyes peeled.

4. Word Count;; 400+ words is a general goal to shoot for, but everyone is allowed to have a bad day or a museless post every so often. Our only request is that you match your partners word count. If they give you 900 words, please do not give them 500 -- it really is not fun and can be draining to your partner. All posts MUST BE in past tense. Thank you~

5. Graphics;; Do not steallllll please~ Any code/image stealing will cause you to be booted, no questions asked. Avatar sizes are: 200x200 and signatures we ask to be no larger than: 500x200.

6. Activity;; Oh ho ho... the big A. First and foremost, we WILL be having activity checks that you must reply to but everyone is busy, we understand. These checks will only take place during times of absolute lag or if the site seems to be dwindling/dead. Fox is almost always running around trying to scrape up something to keep going SO -- this said: we ask for at least one post a week, if possible. If you fall busy for longer and can only pop in the cbox or you go on vacation, we ask that you post an away notice. HOWEVER, sitting on canons without being active is not ok. We will be far more strict with OUAT canons than original-esque canon characters and by claiming one, you are accepting this responsibility to the sites activity.

These are short and to the point, but please abide by them all or you will be removed from the site. We don't want to be mean but we will be strict and enforce these well. Thank you so much for popping by and we hope you enjoy your time here at UMH!


SIDE NOTE: If you have seen our plot, you are aware of the time rifts concept we have going on. It's a random event that staff will impose to many threads as we fancy. However, if you have a thread that you would like left alone, please please please! put [NR] for NO RIFT in the tag line or title somewhere! We really don't want to make a mistake and be taking back rifts! On the same note, if you have requested a rift please put [RR] in the title for requested rift so we can be sure to get to it!
